Payment & Refund Policy

Applies to: Dog Daycare and Grooming Services

1. Grooming Services

  • Payment is due at the appointment time, immediately after the service.
  • No prepayment required.
  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

2. Dog Daycare Services

Single-Day Care

  • Payment is due on the same day, before the dog is dropped off.

Weekly Plan

  • Full payment must be made at the beginning of the week (Monday or the first day of service).

Monthly Plan

  • Payment is due at the start of the month.
  • No services will be provided without advance payment for weekly or monthly plans.

3. Late Pickup Policy

  • All dogs must be picked up on time at the agreed-upon hour.
  • If a dog is picked up more than 30 minutes late, a €5 late fee will be charged.
  • After 30 minutes, if we cannot reach you, we do not accept responsibility for what happens next.
  • The dog may be transferred to an animal shelter, and all further liability is waived.
  • Additional transportation or shelter costs may be charged to the owner.

4. Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for missed daycare days once a week/month has begun.
  • Refunds for grooming services are not offered unless there is a clear issue with service quality and we are notified within 24 hours.
  • If we cancel a service, you will receive a full refund or a rescheduled appointment.

5. How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue

  • Please contact us via email or phone with your booking details. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
